Crafty cockney market trader Derek Trotter dreams of making a fortune, but each dodgy deal and shady scheme always seems to end in disaster. In the meantime, there's his family to look after. This award-winning, life-affirming series is one of the most popular on British television.

The Trotter's flat in Peckham is rather overcrowded these days. There's Del, of course, and Uncle Albert, and Del's girlfriend Raquel - and Rodney, who at this rate is heading for one of the shortest marriages in Peckham. Del still thinks he's a yuppie and is trying to take Trotters Independent Traders upmarket, although he still finds most of his customers either in the market or the Nag's Head. However, in this series, he does branch out and become impresario for one unforgettable night.

Includes all 6 hilarious episodes from series 7 plus the 1990 Christmas Special, Rodney Come Home!
The Sky's the Limit - Del is delighted that Raquel has finally agreed to move into his room. Things are definitely looking up for him lately. Rodney seems to have caught some of his optimism. His father-in-law, Alan, has given him an idea of how to win back Cassandra – welcome her back from Spain with a romantic evening in the bridal suite of an exclusive airport hotel. It might have worked if it were not for his brother, who unwittingly causes chaos at Gatwick when he tries to replace Boycie's stolen satellite dish.

The Chance of a Lunchtime - Del’s latest moneyspinner (he hopes) are 1,000 musical doorbells which play the National Anthem. Unfortunately 'Long Live Swaziland' is not likely to go down too well in Peckham – even with Rodney to help shift them in the market (the plonker has lost his job). Raquel, meanwhile, is rehearsing for Shakespeare's As You Like It. But when she tells Del she has something to tell him, it is not the result of her audition...

Stage Fright - With Raquel now pregnant, Del can't resist the offer of £600 for putting on a cabaret show at The Starlight Rooms. Raquel is nervous, but Del reckons that her teamed up with macho Latino crooner,Tony Angelino, will knock them bandy – until he discovers the real owner of the Starlight is local hardman Eugene Macarthy, that the show is in honour of his mother's 82nd birthday, and that Tony's vocal range is restricted to songs without Rs.

Class of '62 - A school reunion in the Nag's Head is ruined when Roy Slater (Jim Broadbent – Iris) turns up. No one likes a bent copper, even if he has just come out of prison, and Slater has been responsible for arresting most of them there. But just as everyone is beginning to believe that Slater really has changed for the better, Del discovers to his horror that his arch-enemy is Raquel's ex-husband.

He Ain’t Heavy, He's My Uncle - Uncle Albert returns from the Over-Sixties Club bruised and shaken. He has been mugged. Luckily, the old boy isn’t too badly hurt and soon he is milking the situation for all it’s worth. The number of assailants increase with every telling, as does his bravery (he was a boxing champion in the navy) – until the embarrassing truth finally emerges.

Three Men, a Woman and a Baby - Is it his sudden vegetarianism or another row with Cassandra that is making Rodney look so wan these days? Del despairs of his brother but has other things on his mind right now what with a job lot of syrups (men’s wigs) to sell down The Nags Head and the baby due any day now. He thinks Damien is a nice name. For Rodney, it is an omen.

1990 Christmas Special - Rodney Come Home - Rodney seems to have it all: a beautiful wife, a cushy job in his father-in-law’s printing company, and a lovely home. You’d think he’d be happy…Del, on the other hand has never been happier. Raquel has moved into Rodney’s old room, but he has high hopes of persuading her into his own room before too long.
